I have filed restitution case in family court in Akola. My husband is ready to take me with him but only on my responsibility and without giving me my stree dhan i.e. my gold ornoment and my earned salary. hence I want to know about the responsibility of husband? I have one baby girl aged 2 years and at present I am residing with my father and mother without job.
