Legal Question in Family Law in India

Firstly, I filed divorce petition against my wife u/s 13i(b), and the Opp. party(wife) filed petition against me u/s 24 HMT and maintenance charge u/s 125 Cr.pc. My question is that, now can Opp. party(wife) file 498A case or other cases against me & my family member. We have been living separately since 1 year i.e. on 25.08.2012

To avoid any complication, you should pay maintenance amount regularly; and meanwhile, return her istridhan through local police or the Court.
