Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Friend is legally divorced & has a boy 5 yrs. I am going to marry her.

1)How can I register my marriage????

2)What should I do to make her son mine ,is it possible if so how????I need to make Father's name mine in all documents.

there is no issue in your marrying the women. Give all the love and affection to make the child yours rather than the sirname. For that you will need to take a NOC from the biological father.
