If a girl say that she is my wife but I am a unmarid . She say that she was nikah with me institution by a moulabi . But she do not know who is molbi. No any nikah nama . Marige photo.but she file a pittion sec125crpc act in the faimly court and pray impriment maintense honble court order fixing 3000 pm impriment maitense . Now what I do. She is blacmale me false case

1) Court ordered means there is prima-facie evidence against u.

2) Consult the lawyer appearing on ur behalf who knows how to deal and explain u better in detail based on facts and proceedings of the case is his prime duty paid for it.
