Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

Good day! I am desperate to secure our future. My husband has been a womanizer all our entire lives that we have been together and finally 3 years ago we separated coz it was already our youngest daughter who witnessed his disgusting behavior. Now, he is living in with one of his mistresses but I never got to find out where. But with one of his mistresses, he has a child and she was born on Sep 2, 2012. The woman is boasting that the child is his while he consequently denies it to us. The woman's cousin has been in touch with me, telling me their every move. The woman even insults me on her fb account and has been stalking me and my kids and watching our every move. My husband is retiring from the military service next year and I want to know what I can file against him before he does because he plans to go and work abroad with his other mistress. My kids have gone through hell and so have I. Verbal and physical abuse for the entire time we were together. I want to settle things straight and make sure we are well taken care of. Please help me.

His marital infidelity constitute psychological violence under RA 9262.Thus, you can file a criminal case for violation of RA 9262.
