Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello...I am a 25 yrs old Hindu woman. I have a daughter from my previous marriage to a hindu man. But after her birth we seperated and my daughters custody is with me as she is a female child.
I am in a relationship with a muslim boy who wants to marry me and legally adopt my daughter. But we both are scared of the legal complications that can occur.
Firstly do i have to convert to marry him, if i do will it harm or bring a threat to my custody for my daughter. will my husband take my daughter away from me using the law.
Secondly can my boyfriend legally be the custodian of my daughter and write his name in her future documents as legal guardian?
Thirdly can me and my daughter both practice Islam....Will it legally harm our case if i change her religion.
Can my husband create problems in future on this basis. Please advise me.

changing religion and name etc. will be helpful for your husband. legally it will help your husband.
