Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi.
Agar muje court se notice ya samaj nahi mitla hai.halake court ne muje notice send kiya hai aur phir bhi muje kuch mitla nahi hai.court me mere bare me kya chal rah hai usase mi vanchit hoo.muje kuch bhi pata nahi.mere absent me court meri wife ko expiry order deta hai aur use per month paise dene ki order deta hai.aur iske bare me kuch pata nahi hai.aur phir ak din area police sation ke staff mere ghr ake muje distress warrant deta hai.aur tabhi muje pata chala ki court me muje aur meri family ke uper 498a dv case hai.mene court me kaha ki muje kuch bhi notice nahi mili.to mere uper 498a kyu hai.aur jab me post track dekhta hoo to.reason hai.1) article undelivered 2) door locked 3) diye huve address nahi mil raha hai.
Aur court muje kahta hai ki pahile paise bharo.phir aapki bat sunege.
Isme meri aur meri family ki kuch bhi lagati nahi hai.aur meri wife & her family kahti hai ki 5 lack do phir devorce dungi.
Muje sirf itna kahana hai ki.mera aur court ka communication nahi hua.phir bhi court me expiry order kyu passed kiya.?? Kyo muje meri baat kahneka adhikar nahi hai?? Kya 498a sirf ladies ke liye hota hai.?? 498a ka missued kyo ho raha hai?? purusho ko apne bare bataneka right kyo nahi hai.?? Give me justice
