There is a possibility to reduce the alimony only through the court procedure. The court while reducing alimony is looking at the income of the obliged person and at the change of circumstances after the first judgment. For example if you have lost your job or you have lower income now that in the time of issuing the first judgment there is a way for lowering your alimony. It also depends on other circumstances, which I do not have avilable now. IN czech republic the alimony is dependent on the income.
