Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,
I have filed a Domestic Violence and a Divorce case from my husband in Sep 2013. Its been 9 months and he is not coming forward to make any settlements or negotians. The basic reason behind divorce is his affair with his college friend, who is married to someone else and is not legally seperated from her husband yet. Hence he is in no hurry to get the divorce. Meanwhile we have a flat in our joint name, but 70% of the down payment for booking the flat was done by me(my father). My lawyer has failed to get the custody of my flat for me.
Despite of making 70% of the initial down payment, the court is not stopping him from entering the house. I am a working woman hence im not getting any maintainance(Its a crime to be educated and earning in this country it seems!!!!). My husband is just roaming around freely..enjoying his life and continuing the affair without any stress or burden..When we were married I only used to look after all the household expenses.Now I am struggling hard to get the custody of my own purchased flat...!!!
I want to know how much alimony maximum can I get if I settle the case?Or i wont get anything because unfortunately I am educated and I earn well so he can do away with all the wrong he did to me.
