Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,
I am seeking advice on Divorce case for myself,
In my case i got married on 24th of April 2012 and because of misbehavior of my wife we call her family persons and they took her with him in May 2012 and after some settlement my mother went in October 2012 and took her with herself to my native place and after her repeated misbehavior her family members(mother and brother) again took her with him to her native place and many times my mother talked to her on phone but sometimes she talked normally but sometime she talked very rudely and then we are not agreeing to take her here at my native place they are trying to settle but on conditions and I do not want to carry my life with her my family members are afraid of Indian laws which favor Indian Women a lot but specially my mother suffered a lot with her so please advice me that should I go for the divorce or not.
