Hi.My brother got married 2years back. Having 1yr old boy. He was living with his wife,son and mother in law. He was doing business at the time of marriage,later he lost his business completely, but did all the needs for his home by arranging money. But his mother in law and his wife given him a mental torcher and he left his home and staying with parents for past 6months. He tried to convince his wife many times but she was not ready to live with him and they r conveying false statements to their neighbours and my relatives. Now, without informing her husband she got transferred somewhere. My brother is worrying alot.. Please advice can we go legally to get divorce.

Dear client getting divorce for men is not easy in India. First file case for restitution of conjugal rights and ask her to come back under sec 9 of Hindu marriage act.
