Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi. I am a Hindu Brahmin girl of age 24. I had been married when I was at 22. I had suspected about my husband�s character and came to know that he is a gay after spying on him. I have filed my case on family court. But still it�s going on without any improvements. I did not take back any of my dowry items from my husband�s home yet. Is it possible for me to get everything without court granting divorce.
