Legal Question in Family Law in Lebanon

Hi,we're a maronite married couple for 13years with 2 kids a girl 12 years and a boy 10years old . we've been facing problems from the 1st year he cant do any relation and dont want to do except for having children. he dont touch me and every time i ask for the reason he has different answers. from 5years i met someone who became a close good friend my husband started to be jealous with continuous fighting then started our big problems and asked me to stop contacting him. i couldn't stop as he was giving me all the support i need in life specially that my husband is a lazy person continuously sick and tiered.... he found a mobile that i only use to contact this friend with some personal private messages in it. we decided to stay together for the sake of the kids and signed a paper at the church to have a new start with the help of specialists each one doing alone his therapy at the same time start a couple therapy. almost 10 months passed trying to live together as a family .... i started last august my therapy and didn't stop till now while he went only for few times then stopped and till now he's refusing to start the couple therapy. my Psychotherapist named his case as "Narcissist persevere" as he's a kind of person who thinks that he's always right and every1 else is wrong, never appreciated anything i do lazy and dont help at home nor with the kids continuously blaming me on everything never proud of my achievements and always criticizing me specially that i was a very powerful success business woman. everything i say is wrong for him everything i do is wrong everytime we're going out with someone he wants to teach me what to do and what to say knowing that am a Communication director managing 8 thousand employees Now that ive stopped working from last year every time we fight he stops my bank card and leave me with the kids without money even though he used to take all my salary to buy the 2 houses we have and another 2 shops. everything we have is under his name even the car that am currently driving he never accepted to write anything for me even though i used to in cash as much as he do and paid the same amount as him for all the premises we have. Never asked before about money i only wanted to have a christian wonderful small family and wanted to please him and let him feel secure to trust me. am a beautiful smart successful woman who attract everyone but i was always tried to let him feel secure and i dont care by giving him everything he asked for.

my questions are :

if i wana divorce and actually i want to

can he take our kids custody?

can he stop paying our expenses as he's doing now by closing our bank account?

can he use the messages he found in my mobile last year against me to prove that am cheating on him and take my kids?

can i use " not being a man" and not touching me for years against him?

what does he need to prove that am cheating on him? he only have the mobile and whatsapp messages

can he take the houses ?
