Legal Question in Family Law in India
My husband has one brother (elder to him) and three sisters (all younger to him). They have a property which has been left behind by my in laws without any will. If the elder brother does not want to sell the house, but the sisters want to sell the house and have their share of property. Is it necessary to sell it now? Or is the consent of all the parties required to sell the property? Kindly help.

Sisters may sell their right but buyer cannot claim partition.
There is other way out, better to consult any local lawyer.
