if husband want divorce and it files petition and then wife agrees to divorce with a large amount one time alimony can a husband is liable to pay or husband can appeal in higher court

Yes. He may appeal if aggrieved. But he cant totally avoid.

dear client if wife claim alimony and if husband dnot want to give it then he can deny it. if court order for alimony and he is not satisfied then he have to appeal in high court. for any legal help call me
