Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Let's say a husband divorced her wife after spending 1 year with her and they had a boy as well. Then eventually that woman starts starts a job and raises her son at her own earned salary. As the pace of time is real fast and it is damn hard to survive in this situation of crises and recession in Pakistan. So, can that son demand the property or share from his father and grand father, as somehow he definitely has share in whole wealth towards his father and grand father??

You can file a suit for your son's maintenance. Your son can also claim his share in his father's property.
