Husband earns 35 thousand per month. Wife is not working. If husband leave job before wife filing crpc 125. Husband say he is depend on his mother. Will wife get maintanance?

And after divorce will she get ailmony?

Yes. It proves he left the job though had earning capacity just only to avoid maintenance to wife. He has to pay even begging court said.
