if a husband wants to file the divorce on the grounds of cruelty, desertion and adultery den husband also has to pay the legal expenses of her.. plz suggest...

the husband has to pay the maintenance to the wife. the rest of the factors are determined by the pleadings and the evidence on record. Without seeing the same no concrete opinion can be given. for further query contact 9312411481.
