Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband filed for divorce and I contested.as a result petition dismissed and divorce not granted!

So he appealed to HC. The case just got admitted not yet trial commenced. Now I want divorce immediately as soon as possible.

What to do?

Shall I ask the lower or higher court?

What r the options available to me?

Dear client talk with yr husband and tell him to with draw appeal of high court. Then file mutual divorce petition in family court and u will get divorce in six months. For any legal help call me
