Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband filed for divorce and I contested.as a result petition dismissed and divorce not granted!
So he appealed to HC. The case just got admitted not yet trial commenced. Now I want divorce immediately as soon as possible.
What to do?
Shall I ask the lower or higher court?
What r the options available to me?
I can't talk to my husband because I already spoke to my husband. He is not cooperating for mutual.

file an application in high court for early hearing and mentioned that you are ready for the divorce asked by your husband.
