Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I and my husband separated a week ago. He has kept my two year daughter with him forcefully. Can i get her custody without divorce? We know things r not working at the moment so we thought to take a break. Kindly guide me. I do not want divorce, but want my child to be with me in any case
