Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I hve 4 yr son whom i could not meet for lasr 3 months and court ordered sec 100 on next month date .wat are the implications. The child mother didnot appear in the court since khulah .the child comes with his nana and calls him his father.the visitatitation court says we are only responsible for child visitation we cant ask her mother to come .The mother is married now and dnt know where she lives or child lives wid her or not.please help me wat to do

after mother's marriage a new ground for custody of wards is emerged.. you should file a case for his custody.. nothing could be suggested right now.

I think u hv already file a custody petition,

u need work hard on your case rather to depend on your lawyer only,

get the copy of nikkah nama. get the new adress, and also get the adress of child school . it ll clear that where is child living now.

the shop keepers and doctor etc in the area of your minors are also relevant.

I hope ur case ll be strong but dont take it easy , try to get short dates,
