Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am from India. My brother and I have inherited property from our parents.

I want to know if my husband has rights on my share of inherited property. If yes, does my husband have the right to coerce me directly or indirectly to sell this property? Or is it solely my brother and I with whom the decision of selling rests?

Also, if the inherited property is rented out, who would be the right legal beneficiary of the rent income?

Dear client,

You are sole owner of this property, your husband has no right during your life time. Even your brother has no command over you regarding this property. You are the sole benificary and only you can lease out and collect rent. So preseve it and it help you in future, if you sell it invest wisely in your personal name.
