Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am Indian and my wife is Armenian. We got married by SMA 1954 on Nov.2010. We have had arguements and my wife kept shooting bad words for HIndu religion and for me and my parents and India as a country. We have a baby boy 2 years old. In July 2013 she and her mom planned and called her there saying they are sick and need her and they assured to send her back before October end but then started saying they will come late I felt angry and said don't come then they say they are not coming forever, I requested and as asked by them I gave a paper written that I will not argue on old matters and will live separate from my parents. She came back on 26th Nov. 13 but on 18th dec. 2013 when I reached home, there was small slip on the door "Key is at Flat 08", I asked 08 flat, the lady said she left with baby at 2-2.30pm, I asked any luggage she says no she didn't see any luggage, but I found that all big luggages were missing 3 No. from flat and one small hand holded luggage, she took all her and baby's belongings, all original paers like marriage certificate, pio card, son's passport, jewellery and son's birth certificate(child was born in Armenia and has Indian Citizenship).
I am sending request letter to Indian Embassy in Armenia, Armenia Embassy in India, Passport & Visa Department in Armenia for my wife cannot extend my son's visa and cannot get armenian passport. what can I do to get my son back? please help me with it, how and what can I do?

you cannot get your child till he attains age of 5 years. But you first file the case and may be court decide it in your favor.
