hi, i am kiran (24) i am loving raghavendra (30) we want be a husband and wife through register marriage . so, i need few answers if my parents not agreeing for our marriage what is process of it? both states are different, both caste different so, there is any problem in court marriage? if in case, my parents interfere between notice period what is process to do more secure? i should know what is the procedure of register marriage form? there is any enquirer by officer while submitted proofs ?

since you both are adult you can get married under the special marriage act.Consent of parents, caste difference will not affect the marriage. you need to collect the form from the registrars office then submit it after filling it up. you need to give both your age proof address proof and other such related documents. notice will be sent top your address and also be put up in the office of registrar. after 30 days on the given date the marriage will be registered. you will also need the presence of a gazeted officer. for further query contact me at 9312411481.
