Legal Question in Family Law in Zimbabwe

I have been legally married in Zimbabwe to my husband for 18 years under Chapter 5:13. Over the years, my husband has committed adultery several times. He has had the same mistress for 9 years which is half our marriage and during the course of the marriage we have been to counseling many many times. He even signed a contract with me 6 years ago, promising that if he ever cheats again he will grant me a divorce and custody of the children. He still continued cheating with this woman, as well as a married woman recently. I am now ready to file for divorce as I have exhausted all avenues to save the marriage and he will not challenge the divorce. What is the procedure? Who do I see, how long will it take to divorce and how much will it cost?
