i m f27(working in central govt orgenisation) & applied for divorce on ground of impotency of husband(which is true).1st hearing has completed on april2014 & judge has ordered man to returne goods(like tv refrigerator etc) befor next hearing on may 2014.judge could not attend the hearing on given date due to leave and on that day mandid not return the goods and said that he wanted to get appointed a receiver of the good.i m affraid about my future. man is doing drama. plz suggest me.

You may yourself (not necessarily through the advocate) write to your husband that in compliance of the order dated ,,, of the court, he is to return your goods. Ask him to deliver the goods at your address for which you would give him an acknowledgement of the goods so received. If he still does not do so, you file a contempt petition in the same court informing the court that order of the court has not been complied with and he be punished in accordance with the law. If your husband wanted a receiver, he should have asked for that before the order and not after the order.

there is nothing to be afraid of the future. You have already filed for divorce. Though you have not mentioned the grounds. If you need any additional legal help, you may also approach your state legal service authority for free legal aid to all women, working or not. All you would need is a form to be filled and you will have legal aid lawyer. You may also ask for a woman lawyer.
