madam ,UJALA VISHNOI
I already received the cheque. I told the judge that I have filed Appeal against order of reduction.
judge forcefully ordered to receive all the three cheque.and told if you will not take all three cheque , I will put you in jail under charge of contempt of court.
If encash only two cheques and Ido not encash the 3rd cheque which is for the reduced amount
Q1--Will it effect my appeal against order of reduction in High Court ?
Q2--What is Favorable ---
Not to encash any cheque ?
Not to encash 3rd cheque ?
