Legal Question in Family Law in India

Mai delhi me rehti hu aur maine apne husband ke khilaf maintenance case crpc 125 file kiya hai. Jiske liye court dwara mere liya government lawyer appoint kiya gaya hai.
Agar mere husband punjab me divorce case file kar de toh kya mujhe uske liye government lawyer mil sakta hai?
Agar mil sakta hai to delhi ka lawyer milega ya fir punjab ka?
Kya mera punjab jana jaruri hoga?
