Legal Question in Family Law in Indonesia
My name is Marco Krechting and I am from the Netherlands. My girlfriend in Bandung, Indonesia filed a legal case in Bandung for the custody of her two children. The hearing was on 30 July 2015. Today she brought them the last paperwork (birth certificate for the children). Now they told her she will have the paper in two months. Is there a possibility to speed up this procedure? Two months is a very long time.
