Legal Question in Family Law in India
Our marriage has not gone well at all . It has been 8 years now. She has tried to commit suicide atleast 4times out of petty issues. 3 years back she tried to hang herself. Since then she is staying at her father's house . Can I get divorce . On what grounds can I get it. My life, my 7 year old daughter's life and even her life is getting worse. I don't want to stay with her any more. Please suggest a way out
