Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been married to my husband for 21 years now and had a son who is 20 years of age. Since a very long time he is committing domestic violence on me,mentally harassing me, threatening me that if I ever make any move against him he will stop providing my son's college expenses. My father is a retired employee and I have an unmarried sister so my parents can't support me. But things have now gotten out of hands, he even tried to beat me and my son which I can't tolerate.

Hence I want divorce from him and in this regard I have the following questions:-

1. how long will it take to get a divorce both by mutual and contested way?

2. He is a government employee and I am just a housewife can I get financial support for my child's future education.

3. How to appeal for alimony in the divorce petition

Dear client in mutual divorce u will get divorce in six months. In contested divorce u will divorce in one or two year. U can ask maintenance for u and son by filing case under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. U can ask alimony with divorce. For any legal help call me
