Legal Question in Family Law in India
I married 1 month back. Girl havnt told me about her past relation. I come to know through emails. I fill cheated and dont love her and want divorce.I own nothing all is on my father name. For mutual divorce they demanding 1000000 rupes while i earn 30000 per month and have 300000 loan on me. what will be court decision if we will file divorce or should i settle by giving money as its hard to arrange that much money.Also if she dont agree for divorce if i file case how much time this case will take? We dont stay togther since 26 day f marriage and its 38 day of my marriage please suggest

No divorce petition can be filed at least within one year of marriage. You may need to find a solution for annulment of marriage which is possible only with her consent. It may better to settle the dispute. A contested litigation may be very costly and time consuming.
