Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been married for 3 years. It was an arrange marriage with no dowry taken. We have no kids. I am in Delhi and my wife has come to Chennai for 3 months. I have had her phone calls recorded and I know that she has a lover and is planning to meet up with him. I intend to sue her in court on grounds of adultery and file suit for a divorce.
The phone calls that I have taped show that she has every intention of establishing a physical relationship with her lover. I intend to present these calls in court as evidence of adultery. However, I am worried that I might be charged with breaching my wife's privacy. Also, are these phone calls sufficient to prove adultery?
