Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Hi! we have been married for over three years and we have one two years old son. For the last couple of months our marital relationship have been worsen and I asked her to divorce if she feels she not is happy with me. Instead of doing so, I heard that, she is now trying to migrate other country along with the son in secret without my knowledge. Does the law permit her to take the child in her custody without my consent? In any case if anyone of us divorce the other can she take my son out of the country? In any case I dont want to let my son move out of the country. Please advise.
