Im married since 5 years.donot have children.somehow cannot work out the relationship with my husband.three years after marraige ,i started talking to my ex boy friend.i met him twice and chatted for a month,and my husband go to know this through my whatsapp chats.From then on he kept blackmailing about it that he wud disgrace me and my parents.i begged him but he wudnt accept for mutual divorce.he threatens me all the time.i tell him i dont want alimony or anything from him except divorce,he wudnt consent.i donot work ,so am not even financially independent.i cannot tell my parents that i want divorce.cannot tell anyone the reason.I realised that im no more a marraige material.i want to move out of this relationship and live at peace.
how can i apply for a divorce if its not a mutual consent?
