Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been married for 6 yrs.I am a government employee working in same organization with my husband at the same rank. My husband is in complete influence of his mother and sisters. There were some issues from the starting of my marriage, i ignored thinking they will be resolved afterwards as time will pass. My MIL interfered in every affair of my personal life. She used to scold me taunt me all the time i went to them during my leave but still i gave my hundred percent in all respects thinking things will work and she will consider me as her daughter, but i was completely wrong.In 2014 i was expecting my first issue, i went all along to their city, in my 8th month to them,so they will be happy to get there grand child,leaving all medical facilities available for me in good cities provided by my company being a PSU. I gave birth to a baby girl with csection .I was in her grip. The extreme torture started, she scolded my family, didnt allowed me to have food, my husband was in her full control, i was deprived of medical aid and she took away all my stridhan and tortured me in any why she could do.I came back to my company accommodation, taking my one month old baby, I was in depression. My husband came back with me.I thought he will help me to come out of this mental trauma, but he was just mere a puppet. He scolded me, i was bitten by him many times to lower my moral.My sister in laws asked me to give divorce to there brother. Till date i am compromising in all respect, thinking one day he will be normal ,when he will understand value of this relation.Although we both earn equally but all the time he says he doesn't have money, so to avoid any argument i take care of all the expenses of household. Both his parents are just retired from government jobs and are getting handsome pension, they even didn't built any property during there job. They want me to hand over all my salary to them as my husband does.i have tried my level best but i know they are not going to change. All this is affecting my three years daughter.Due to this continuous mental torture and stress my health deteriorated and i have been suffering from osteoarthritis and doctors are saying further stress can worsen my condition . I dont want anything from them but want my mental peace and want to live a life with self respect and dignity with my daughter. I want to get transfer and no interference by him or his family,but i am scared that they threatened me to take away my daughter. Please guide me the course of action so that my daughter will remain with me.
