Meri marriage feb 2016 me hui thi. Marriage se thik pehle december aur january me maine 2 months job ki thi aur mere husband ko yeh baat pata hai. Iske siva maine kabhi bhi job nahi ki na marriage se pehle na baad me. Marriage ke baad mere inlaws ne mujhe job karne ke liye bahut force kiya. Is vajah se mere husband ab mujhe divorce dena chahte hai. Mere husband mujhe maintenance nahi dena chahte. Unka kehna hai ki vo court me yeh baat bolenge ki tumne pehle job ki thi. Mai 12th pass hu. Mai crpc 125 case file karna chahti hu. Kya mujhe ye baat accept karni chahiye court me ki marriage se pehle maine 2 months job ki thi? Ya mujhe jhoot bolna chahiye. Kya mujhe maintenance mil sakta hai agar mere husband ki salary 40 thousand hai? Mai women cell me bhi complain dena chahti hu. Usme mujhe mention karna chahiye ya nahi ki maine 2 months job ki hai?
