Legal Question in Family Law in India

In a mutually consented divorce case a joint petition is submitted by both the husband and wife(MOTION 1).After 6 months a second motion of both the parties has to be made.My question is whether both the Petitioners have to again SUBMIT A JOINTLY SIGNED PETITION on 2nd motion date.Please reply.

yes, the second motion also need to be filed jointly.
