I am NRI Living in Brazil , got Married in 2012 and after 1 year got Divorced in Brazil (Ex Wife is Brazil Nationality ) . I am planning to re marry in India soon , my future wife is also divorced she married to Indian in US and divorced there .
So wanna know the possibility/ Formalities / Paper Work etc which needs to be get marry in India

Married in Brazil to a Brazilian nationality person in 2012
Got Divorced 2014, according to Brazil law in Brazil
Decree and Marriage certificate is in Portuguese language. Divorce is registered in Brazil
Future Wife
Married in USA to a Indian Nationality in 2010
Got Divorced in 2014, according to US state law (Third Party Divorce filed by Husband )
Just have Decree, not yet registered in registrar office back in US
We are planning to re marry in India soon, wanna known what are all the per work which need to be done before we get marry in India . Also while reply please mention the law reference number etc for validity .

it depends upon which marry u wanna perform as in a marriage under special law you need to have the decree of divorce and it may be filed along with your application of marriage, but if you wanna perform under Hindu Marriage Act you need to show the decree, you can just perform the ceremony and then simply get it registered, for further assistance contact at
