Legal Question in Family Law in India

My parents and my family my wife & two sons are living in my grandmothers property for over 38 years. The property paper is in the name of my grandmother�s name & she wrote will as a gift in the name of my father, in year 2008 my father had transfer these paper in the name of my mother and now she (mother) want to sell this property to unknown person and said that we are going to sell this property and you and your family vacate this premises immediately. Can I be able to take the plea that my parents want to sell & then how shall I PROVE SUCH A PLEA?
