Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Self Ponnala, Me&My; Sister-In-Law Since 1 year we have loved each other, we went to 4 movies and 3 times went to park. She tried commiting sucide once. But we didnt have any sexual relation between us. Now they have lodged a complaint on me in Police Station saying that I have cheated her and used her since last 4years and also included that we are demanding for dowry for marriage.
I helped giving them 10,000Rs to her mother as a Lending, but till now they have not given that money. Once I have told to her i will marry her, eventhough they wantedly lodged a complaint on me. They have spoiled my Name, respect in the society. Now i dont want to marry her.
The Sub Inspector of Police says that he will file a case under 420 & 426 IPC and they also block mailed me saying that ur entire family members will arrest and they forced me to write a confirmation letter to marry her.
Could you help me or how i can proceed on this.
I dont want to marry that girl, if crime is proved im ready to face punishment according to the Law.
Inthis case could u plz help me how can i proceed . If suppose i marred another girl how the case will be proceeds..
In Mycase how 420 & 426 IPC will worked out.
