Legal Question in Family Law in India

RCR case running more than 2 years. Now my filed articles submission with maintenance.
As per court order she came my house with police protection she collect all articles.
My question. I am a petitioner of the case. the court no give any justice for me. but, my got it all benefit, what is the condition of case. I informed to court I am law college student and show my ID card (same time I am working in private company). she collect my resume from naukri and submit to court with my CTC details.
I never seen my male child from the birth (3 yrs old)
Please friends, guide me how to bring out my matrimony life:-
1. How to ask child my custody (3 yrs. old) for join to school
2. My wife is working as software engineer and she is well educated girl.
3. I earn 70k per month, How much she can ask and How much court decided.
4. If I will withdraw and I file new divorce case or convert to divorce petition..?
