Legal Question in Family Law in India
I recently had my marriage annulled. The annulment order is typed with a date of 17.01.2014, but was signed by the judge on 23.02.2014. I was remarried on 30.01.2014, on the advice of my lawyer that my previous marriage ceased on the date of the order. Now I am worried that my previous marriage was valid until the date the order was signed. Can somebody clarify for me which date is valid for termination of the previous marriage, the date the order was typed, or the date it was signed.
