during reconciliation in a criminal case a lady wants to settle at her home city instead of matrimonial place and husband's job place. At both the place she was assaulted. As per DV-act is she entitled to get this option of settlement on the basis of her safety n security.

She can seek rental accommodation at the place of her choice but she needs to prove sufficient cause for staying away from husband.
