Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am residence of Rajasthan. I am going to marry Gujarati girl in court. According to lawyer I need leaving certificate or birth certificate as a document. But I don't have any of the above.

But I have secondary board marksheet of Rajasthan, wherein my DOB is mentioned. So can it be considerable as my Age Proof.

I will be thankful for your guidance
