On fresh grounds a petition can be filed.

Divorce on the grounds of Section 13, if rejected, cannot be filed again.

A second suit for divorce cannot be filed on the same grounds as the one in the previous suit which was dismissed. Though, if grounds exist, the dismissal of the first divorce suit can be challenged.

However, it would be quite some time before the case is decided by the Court. You may also opt to amicably settle the matter through a marital counseling or opt for a MCD.
