Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected Advisors,

My wife produced a false affidavit in maintenance court which i came to know few days back and the same has been accepted by her during cross-examination, i am in process of filing perjury against her.Please quote some useful judgement from Supreme/High court related perjury in maintenance.
