Sir

Legally, DIVORCE can be taken only by way of Court Decree. Such Stamp Paper divorce is legally ineffective, and that do not take away your status as husband and wife.

However, irrespective of legal complications, you may tare away the original stamp papers and rejoin. There is nothing wrong. I believe this was just an ordinary stamp paper agreement and not a REGISTERED DIVORCE DEED. If it was a Registered Divorce Deed then you need to get cancelled that registered document.

Any ways, if still such legal complications persist, then perform second marriage, there is no bar.. However this is just a silly suggestion from me.. Please take marriage seriously, this is not a toy game. One moment divorce second movement rejoin. This is life issue.
