Legal Question in Family Law in India

i sign on a white printed paper in court in right side colomn and on next counselling date I find some thing written in centre widecolomn. she did not turn up, divorce case13(I) a) n indore family court , am I giving my attndnce correctly

Sir firstly you have filed a case for divorce, and hence if your wife appears the court will first try to settle the case by conciliation, mediation etc and if your wife does not turn up you can lead your evidence and the court will normally decide in your favour if your wife does not appear.
